| The Terms of Payment: |
Deferred payment as follows: 20% down of the expected winning minimum bid in the form of a cashier’s or certified check due immediately after the auction concludes. Twenty percent of the expected winning bid funds will be verified in order to register to bid on auction date. Remaining balance (80%) of the winning bid amount to be paid no later than June 23, 2008 by 3pm *NOTE*.
