Tract 2 - Tract of real property identified as A1611 Jones, Ben S.; 18.35 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26678. Tract 3 - Tract of real property identified as A1610 Jones, Ben S.; 285.43 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26674. Tract 4 - Tract of real property identified as A0815 H.E. & W.T.R.R. Co.; 29.20 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26520.
