The taxpayer´s twenty (20) percent undivided interest in five, unimproved tracts of real property located in Kinney County, Texas conveyed to him as part of an Order Admitting the Will of Sybil Eunice Wyrick to probate as a Muniment of Title recorded June 22, 1992 in the deed records of Kinney County, Texas containing five tracts all located in Kinney County and according to probate documents being part of the ´Ben Jones Ranch´, more legally described as: Tract 1 - Tract of real property identified as A1612 Jones, Ben S.; 548.30 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as property #26682. Tract 2 - Tract of real property identified as A1611 Jones, Ben S.; 18.35 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26678. Tract 3 - Tract of real property identified as A1610 Jones, Ben S.; 285.43 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26674. Tract 4 - Tract of real property identified as A0815 H.E. & W.T.R.R. Co.; 29.20 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26520. Tract 5 - Tract of real property identified as A0814 H.E. & W.T.R.R. Co.; 320.00 acres further identified by the Kinney County Appraisal District as Property #26516.
