All that certain piece of land situated in the Borough of Emlenton, County of Venango and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point where the west line of Fifth Street, if extended, would intersect the north line of Highland Avenue; thence along the east line of lands now or formerly of George F. Fox northward to the south line of College Street; thence along the said south line eastward one hundred four (104) feet and eight (8) inches; and thence by lands now or formerly of Grace R. King, in a straight line parallel with the said east line of lands now or formerly of George F. Fox, southward to a cross mark in the stone wall on the north line of Highland Avenue; and thence along the said north line westward one hundred and five (105) feet to the place of beginning and including all of Lots No. 410 and No. 411 and a piece of the west side of Lot No. 412. BEING the same piece or parcel of land conveyed to Wayne H. Hundertmark & Colleen Hundertmark, husband and wife, by deed from Linda F. Burchfield, widow, dated August 31, 1990, and recorded in the Recorders’ Office of Venango County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 929, page 018. UNDER AND SUBJECT to all exceptions, reservations and conditions contained in all prior deeds and other written instruments in the chain of record title in the county aforesaid and to all visible easements, zoning and subdivision ordinances to the extent that the same may affect or pertain to the above-described premises or any part thereof.
