Notice of Public Auction Sale
 
Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Taxpayer. The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.

Sale Location: Walworth County Courthouse, 100 W. Walworth St., Elkhorn, WI 53121.
 
Title Offered: Only the right, title and interest of the Taxpayer in and to the property will be offered for sale. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will furnish information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
 
Description of Property: Two commercial properties in East Troy and one in Elkhorn, WI., as follows:

1. Commercial real estate including an approximately 6384 square foot building located at 2100 Church St., East Troy, WI 53120. Parcel # ROP 00114.

2. Commercial real estate including an approximately 1035 square foot building located at 2098 Church St., East Troy, WI 53120. Parcel # ROP 00114A.

3. Commercial real estate including an approximately 5456 square foot building located at 9 Walworth St., Elkhorn, WI 53121. Parcel # YOP 00223.
 
Property May Be Inspected at:
2100 & 2098 Church St., East Troy, WI 53120 and 9 Walworth St., Elkhorn, WI 53121 (Drive-By Inspection Only).
