Legal Description: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 30 and 31 of the 614th District G.M., Butts County, Georgia, containing 5.00 acres and being more particularly shown and delineated on that certain Plat of Survey dated 4-11-77, entitled “PROPERTY OF: ALBERT E. PASSMORE”, prepared by Louie D. Patrick, R.L.S. No 1757, and being recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, Butts County, Georgia Records. Said Plat of Survey and the descriptive data thereon being incorporated herein by reference thereto in aid of description.

Less and except, all that tract or parcel of land, lying situate and being in land lot 30 of the 1st land district of Butts County, Georgia containing 2.00 acres, particularly identified in accordance with a certain survey prepared for Albert E. Passmore by Louie D. Patrick, registered surveyor, dated April 11, 1977 and recorded in Plat book 6, Page 3, office of Clerk, Butts Superior court. The said 2.00 acre tract being located at the corner of a paved county road and Georgia State Highway 87, all shown on said plat of survey. This survey describes a total of 5 acres but is divided into a 3 acre tract and a 2 acre tract. The 2 acre tract is a tract being conveyed herewith.
