Description of Property: Property is a single family residence located in the Wachesaw Plantation East. This garden home is located in the Worthington area of the community, near both the golf course and the tennis complex.
 
Legal Description: ALL AND SINGULAR, that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Murrells Inlet Township, County of Georgetown, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 15, Section IV, Worthington at Executive Village V, Wachesaw Plantation East Subdivision, being more particularly shown on that certain survey prepared for C. Richard Dobson Builders, Inc. by ETS-Engineering and Technical Services, Inc., dated May 26, 2000, recorded September 29, 2000 in Plat Slide 367 at Page 4, Georgetown County records; said plat being incorporated herein by reference as a part of this description.

Subject to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Wachesaw Plantation East, as amended, dated June 16, 1995, recorded June 21, 1995 in Deed Book 636 at Page 10, Georgetown County records.
 
Minimum Bid: The minimum acceptable agreement to bid is $200,000

To redeem the property under (Section 7425(d) of the Internal Revenue Code or Section 2410 of Title 28 of the United States Code), the Internal Revenue Service must obtain a written agreement to bid, secured by a deposit of 20% of the amount of the bid. The deposit should be made payable to the United States Treasury Department in the form of a cashier’s check or certified check, a bank or postal money order, a certificate of deposit, or an irrevocable letter of credit. If redeemed, the property will be sold pursuant to Section 7506 of the Internal Revenue Code subject to any prior outstanding mortgages, encumbrances, or other liens that may be superior to the lien of the United States. Agreements to bid must be accompanied by the required deposit.
