Kittrell by Edisto Surveyors, Inc. approved by A. R. Parler, Jr., RLS, dated May 23, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Orangeburg County in Plat Book C184 at page 8 and bounded and measuring on the northeast by other property now or formerly of Roy C. Walker for a distance of 1050.64 feet; on the southeast by other property of Roy C. Walker for a distance of 411.61 feet being separated therefrom by Trecer Road (OC 1112) on the southwest by other property of Roy C. Walker for a distance of 1062.69 feet; and on the northwest by property of Busby, Carter and Lover for a total distance of 411.84 feet. This is a portion of the property conveyed to Roy Walker, Inc. by deed of Walker M.
