AND BEING the same premises conveyed to Gaspar A. Santos and Hermenegilda Santos, husband and wife, from Donald E. Kerr and Martha A. Kerr, husband and wife, by Deed dated October 2, 1969, and recorded in Deed Book Volume 393, Page 1059.
