Electronic submission of comments on the revised Guidelines

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is releasing for public comment this revised version of the Guidelines, which immediately replaces the original Guidelines. Treasury will consider all comments received on or before February 1, 2006, in finalizing the revised version of the Guidelines for republication in the Federal Register and on Treasury's website shortly after the comment period ends.
