OFAC has amended the Sudanese Sanctions
Regulations, 31 CFR part 538. The amendments pertain to the
transfer of funds from the United States to Sudan, as well
as the operation of accounts in U.S. financial institutions
for individuals ordinarily resident in Sudan. The Federal
