ACTION: Final rule.
SUMMARY: The Office of Foreign Assets
Control of the U.S. Department of the
Treasury (‘‘OFAC’’) is amending the
Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations
and the Terrorism Sanctions
Regulations to expand the scope of
authorizations in each of those programs
for the provision of certain legal
services. Similarly, OFAC is amending
the Foreign Terrorist Organizations
Sanctions Regulations to expand the
scope of a statement of licensing policy
concerning payment for certain legal
services.
