4. Nonbanking Data - quarterly Liabilities to, and Claims on, unaffiliated foreign-residents.



5. Quarterly data on U.S. Gross External Debt.

• (9-16-2009) Effective with the release on September 16, 2009, a number of previous nonbank data reporters were reclassified in the TIC system as bank holding companies, beginning with the reports as of October 2008. These data reporters are now included in the monthly bank-reported statistics and are no longer reporting as nonbanks.
