Threat Assessment Seminars
To further promote the Secret Service Safe School Initiative, NTAC in conjunction with the Department
of Education, will be hosting two one-day
Threat Assessment Seminars in each of 6 cities throughoutthe country.
The purpose of these seminars will be to provide a training opportunity for school personnel,
law enforcement officials, and others concerned about preventing incidents of targeted violence,
responding to threatening situations and creating safe climates in schools.
